10Z13Arrangements entered into by certain bodies: services to be registered
Where, in the performance of its functions—
a
a local authority;
b
a Health Board; or
c
a Special Health Board,
makes arrangements with any person to provide an independent health care service, it must ensure that the service, when provided, is registered under section 10P.
