Section 166 of the M1Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897 (which relates to the protection of local authorities and their officers) shall apply in relation to a Health Board F1, an NHS trust and the Agency in like manner as the said section applies in relation to a local authority, but with the substitution for any reference to that Act of a reference to this Act.
