SCHEDULE 3 Transitional Provisions

In this Schedule—

  • “interim preservation notice” means a notice served under section 10(1) of the M1Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953; and

  • “ preservation order” means an order made under section 11(1) of that Act.
