(1)[F1The Secretary of State]. . . F2 shall pay into the Fund in the first month of each financial year a sum determined by [F1him] before the beginning of the year; and [F1the Secretary of State] may at any time pay into the Fund such further sum or sums as [F1he] may from time to time determine.
(2)There shall also be paid into the Fund any other sums received by the Trustees in consequence of the discharge of their functions.
