9In section 25(5) of the [1969 c. 59.] Law of Property Act 1969 (accrual of cause of action to recover compensation for loss due to undisclosed land charges), for the words " the Limitation Act 1939 " there shall be substituted the words " the Limitation Act 1980 ".
