In the application of section 38A of the M1Criminal Law Act 1977 to the execution of extract convictions and warrants before the coming into force of the M2Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, for the reference to section 150(3) of the said Act of 1980 in the said section 38A there shall be substituted a reference to section 102(4) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952.
