In subsection (7) of section 4 of the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978, for the words from “and section” onwards there shall be substituted the words “and subsection (4) of section 92 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (definition of “in flight” or, as applied to hovercraft, “in journey”) shall apply for the purposes of this subsection as it applies for the purposes of that section.”
