M1The Law of Property Act 1925U.K.

1U.K.For paragraph (b) of section 84(11) of the Law of Property Act 1925 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—

“(b)for civil aviation purposes under the powers of the Air Navigation Act 1920, of section 19 or 23 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 or of section 30 or 41 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.”

M2The Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947U.K.

2(1)In section 1(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—U.K.

“(b)by the Secretary of State under section 41 or 49 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.”

(2)In section 3(7) of that Act, for the words from “by the” onwards there shall be substituted the words “by the Secretary of State under section 41 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.”.

14(1)In section 1(6) of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973, for the words “section 41(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1949” there shall be substituted the words “section 77(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982”.U.K.

(3)In section 80(1) of that Act, for the definition of “aerodrome” there shall be substituted the following definition—
