4U.K.For paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“1An application by the Civil Aviation Authority [F1or a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000 (“a licence holder”)]to the Secretary of State for a vesting order shall be in the prescribed form.”.
