Aggregate amount of rate support grants

3In subsection (1) of section 54 of the principal Act the reference to local authorities shall include a reference to the Receiver, " relevant expenditure " as denned in subsection (5) of that section shall include the Receiver's total expenditure and the reference in subsection (6)(a) of that section to sums falling to be paid to another local authority shall include a reference to sums falling to be paid to the Receiver.
