38Inquiries with respect to local plans
In subsection (1) of section 11 of the [1972 c. 52.] 1972 Act (which relates, among other things, to inquiries with respect to local plans)—
a
after the word " shall", where it occurs for the first time, there shall be inserted the word " if "; and
