In section 116(7) of the M1Army Act 1955 for the words “section 71 of the Mental Health Act 1959” and “within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1959” there shall be substituted respectively the words “ section 46 of the Mental Health Act 1983 ”and “ within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1983 ”.
