34(1)The following paragraph shall be substituted for subsection (1)(a) of section 13 of that Act (fines for failure to affix certificate of registration)—E+W+S
“(a)to a fine of an amount not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale as defined in section 75 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982; and”.
(2) “£5” shall be substituted for “£2” in subsection (1)(b).]
