34(1)The following paragraph shall be substituted for subsection (1)(a) of section 13 of that Act (fines for failure to affix certificate of registration)—
“(a)to a fine of an amount not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale as defined in section 75 of the [1982 c. 48.] Criminal Justice Act 1982 ; and”,
(2)" £5 " shall be substituted for " £2 " in subsection (1)(b).
