3U.K.Where—

(a)several sittings of the Investigation Committee, [F4a Medical Practitioners Tribunal or an Interim Orders Tribunal] F5... are required to enable [F6the Committee or a Tribunal] F7... to dispose of a case; or

(b)on an appeal to the relevant court under section 40 of this Act, the case is remitted to the Registrar for him to refer the case to [F8the MPTS for them to arrange for] [F9a Medical Practitioners Tribunal] F10...F11... F10... to dispose of the case in accordance with directions given by the court,
