39SIn section 100(1) for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”.

40SIn section 102(1) for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”.

41SIn section 108(1) in the definitions of “illness” and “state hospital” for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”.

42In paragraph 7 of Schedule 14, for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”.
