The Fire Precautions Act 1971
13For section 30(3)(a) and (b) of the [1971 c. 40.] Fire Precautions Act 1971 there is substituted—
“(a)section 71(1) to (4) of the Building Act 1984 ;
(b)section 72 (except subsection (5)) of that Act;”.
