[F1Sections 212 and 213 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987] (increase of rents of houses belonging to certain authorities without notice of removal) shall apply to a housing association such as is referred to in section 5(4) above or the Housing Corporation as they apply to any authority to which that section applies, . . .
