Repeal of Part II
46 Power of Secretary of State to repeal Part II.

The Secretary of State may by order repeal this Part of this Act.

Any order made under this section may contain such supplementary, incidental, consequential and transitional provisions as may appear to the Secretary of State to be necessary or expedient (including provision making such amendments or repeals in any provision of this or any other Act as may appear to the Secretary of State to be required in consequence of the repeal of this Part of this Act).

No order shall be made under this section unless a draft of the order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.

Pt.
