19Subsection (3) of section 35 of the [1974 c. 7.] Local Government Act 1974 (power of Secretary of State to remove or relax control conferred on any Minister etc on functions of local authorities) shall continue to apply to any such control as is mentioned in that subsection which was conferred on the Board of Trade (subsequently becoming exercisable by the Secretary of State) by any enactment contained in the 1963 Act and re-enacted in this Act.
