38Corroboration not required in relation to vehicle licensing offences

In the [1984 c. 27.] Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in section 120 (which relaxes the requirement of corroboration in relation to certain road traffic and vehicle licensing offences), after subsection (2)(e) there shall be added— “or,

(f)by its being used or kept on a public road within the meaning of the [1971 c. 10.] Vehicles (Excise) Act 1971 without there being in force a licence under that Act for the vehicle within the meaning of section 8 of that Act".”.
