9E+W+SIn section 109(2) of the M1Transport Act 1968 (power of certain bodies to maintain or take over waterways and connected works), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(d)a public gas supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Gas Act 1986;”.
