[F130(1)Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 31 to 35, the [F2company meeting summoned under paragraph 29 and the qualifying decision procedure instigated under that paragraph] shall be conducted in accordance with the rules.E+W+S
(2)[F3The company meeting summoned under paragraph 29] may resolve that it be adjourned (or further adjourned).
(3)After the conclusion of [F4the company] meeting in accordance with the rules, the chairman of the meeting shall report the result of the meeting to the court, and, immediately after reporting to the court, shall give notice of the result of the meeting to such persons as may be prescribed.

(a)report the decision to the court, and
