52(1)In section 54 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (rate support grant) in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “and subsidies under section 32(1)(a) of the M1Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982” there shall be substituted the words “and rate rebate subsidy under the Social Security Act 1986”.
(2)The following paragraph shall be substituted for subsection (5)(d) of that section—
“(d)subsection (10) or section 30 of the Social Security Act 1986 (power to exclude rate fund contributions under subsection (6) of that section and certain other items);”.
