25E+WIn section 26(b) of the [F1Senior Courts Act 1981] the words “or jactitation of marriage” shall cease to have effect.
26E+WIn paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to that Act (business assigned to Family Division of the High Court) there shall be added at the end the following sub-paragraph—
“(e)applications under Part III of the Family Law Act 1986.”
