In section 216(1) (house loans to tenants exercising right to purchase) for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted—

in a case where the landlord is the Housing Corporation or a housing association registered in the register maintained by the Housing Corporation, to the Housing Corporation;

in a case where the landlord is a housing association registered in the register maintained by Scottish Homes, to Scottish Homes;
