6E+WIn the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978—
(a)for the words “domestic proceedings", whereverever they occur in [F1section] 88(1), there shall be substituted “family proceedings";
(b)for the words “domestic court panel", wherever they occur in section 16(5)(b), there shall be substituted “family panel".
