2In paragraphs 1 and 2 of both Schedule 2 to the Social Security Act 1975 and Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975—
(a)for “1968” there shall be substituted “1990”; and
(b)for “70(2)”, “71” and “70(6)” there shall be substituted respectively “140(2)”, “141” and “140(7)”.
