In section 8(3) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968, for the words “section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 77 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In the definition of “planning permission” in section 16 of that Act (as it applies in England and Wales), for the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
