11U.K.In section 52(2) of the Harbours Act 1964 for the words “section 266 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971; and the provisions of subsection (7) of that section” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (2) of section 293 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; and the provisions of subsection (3) of that section”.
