8In section 20 of the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975 (constitution of Scottish Industrial Development Advisory Board), at the end there shall be added the following subsection—
“(6)In subsection (3) above “industry” has the same meaning as in the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990.”.
