In section 109(1) of the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939 (constitution of appeal tribunal) in paragraph (b) for the words “barrister or a solicitor” there shall be substituted “a person who has a general qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990”.
