14U.K.In section 32 (overseas judgments given in proceedings brought in breach of agreement for settlement of disputes) in subsection (4) (saving for judgments required to be recognised or enforced in UK under the 1968 Convention etc) in paragraph (a), after the words “under the 1968 Convention" there shall be inserted the words “ or the Lugano Convention ”.
