Judicial Factors Act 1849 (c. 51)
7In section 1, before the definition of the word “tutor” insert the words “the word “guardian” shall mean any person appointed to be the guardian of a person who is under the age of 16 years
8In section 10, after the word “factors” insert the word “guardians”.
9In section 25(2), for the words from “person” where first occurring to “person” where second occurring substitute the words “guardian who shall, by virtue of his office, administer the estate of any person under the age of 16 years shall be subject to the provisions of this Act, but”.
10In section 27, after the word “factors” insert the word “guardians”.
11In sections 31 and 32, before the word “tutor” insert the word “guardian,”.
12In sections 33 and 34, after the word “factor” wherever it occurs insert the word “guardian”.
