70 Confidentiality of information obtained by [F1Agency] [F2and Natural Resources Body for Wales] etc.E+W
[F3(1)]Section 204 of the M1Water Resources Act 1991 (confidentiality of information) shall have effect in relation to information obtained by virtue of the provisions of this Act so far as they relate to functions exercisable by or in relation to the [F1Agency] [F4or the Natural Resources Body for Wales] as it has effect in relation to the information obtained as mentioned in that section.
[F5(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to information obtained by virtue of section 37A (disclosure of Revenue and Customs information).]
