In section 14(4) of the Fire Services Act 1947, for the words “section 20 of the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ section 18 of the Water Industry Act 1991 ”.

In section 15(2) of that Act of 1947, for the words “sections 47(1) and 81(1) of the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ sections 57(1) and 147(1) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ”.
