(a)in subsection (5)—

after paragraph (b) there is inserted—
“ (ba) any institution within the further education sector ”, and
paragraph (c) is omitted, and
(b)in subsection (7) paragraph (b) and “or authorities maintaining or (as the case may be) assisting the establishment” are omitted.
