16U.K.In Part I (judicial offices disqualifying for membership) of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in the first entry beginning “Chief or other Social Security Commissioner”, for the words “(excluding a person appointed in pursuance of section 13(5) of the Social Security Act 1980)” there shall be substituted the words “ (not including a deputy Commissioner) ”.
