9U.K.In section 43 of the Greater London Council(General Powers) Act 1968, in the definition of “night cafeg”, for “section 4 of the Charities Act 1960” and “subsection (4) thereof” there shall be substituted respectively “ section 3 of the Charities Act 1993 ” and “ subsection (5) thereof ”.
