Exemption from register of charities
12In Schedule 2 to the [1993 c. 10.] Charities Act 1993 (which lists the institutions that so far as they are charities are exempt charities within the meaning of that Act) there shall be added at the end—
“(zb)the National Lottery Charities Board.”
