36Evidence as to taking or destruction of eggs
After section 19 of the [1981 c. 69.] Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 there shall be inserted the following section—
“19AEvidence in Scotland as to taking or destruction of eggs
In any proceedings in Scotland for an offence under section 1(1)(c) of, or by virtue of section 3(1)(a)(iii) of, this Act, the accused may be convicted on the evidence of one witness.”.
