62(1)In section 1 of the Zoo Licensing Act 1981 (licensing of zoos by local authorities), in subsection (3), in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after that paragraph insert—E+W+S
“(aa)in Wales, the councils of counties and county boroughs;”.
(2)In section 3(2) of that Act (persons whose representations are to be taken into account in consideration of applications for licences), in paragraph (e), after “the licence” insert “ — (i) ” and at the end of that paragraph insert— “or
(ii)if the part is situated in Wales, the local planning authority for the area in which it is situated;”.
