34E+W+SIn section 11(3) of the Mines and Quarries (Tips) Act 1969 (local authorities having functions under Part II of that Act), in paragraph (a), omit “and Wales” and after “Isles of Scilly” insert—
“(aa)in Wales, the council of a county or county borough,”.
