77E+W+SIn section 12 of the Airports Act 1986 (interpretation of Part II), in the definition of “principal council” in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales”, and after that paragraph insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, means the council of a county or of a county borough;”.
