63U.K.In section 252 of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making of orders relating to highways), in subsection (12), in the definition of “local authority" after the words “London borough," there shall be inserted the words “ a police authority established under section 3 of the M2Police Act 1964, ”.
