9E+W+SIn section 1 of the Education (Student Loans) Act 1990 (loans for students of certain institutions), in subsection (3)(a) (meaning of “institutions receiving support from public funds”), after “institutions receiving grants under section 65 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992” insert “ or under section 5 of the Education Act 1994 ”.
