In section 14(5) of the M1Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 (payment by Police Authority of damages awarded against persons serving with the Royal Ulster Constabulary), for the words “section 19” there shall be substituted the words “
section 141 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994
”
.
