E1Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
9U.K.In section 34(2) of the M1Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (which requires notice of certain proceedings to be given to a probation officer), for the words “the age of seventeen” there shall be substituted the words “ the age of eighteen ”.
