E1Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
30U.K.In section 7 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (preparatory hearings for certain fraud cases), in subsection (1), for the words “seriousness and complexity” there shall be substituted the words “ seriousness or complexity ”.
