149In Schedule 7 to the Gas Act 1986 (minor and consequential amendments), in paragraph 5(5), in the definition of “local authority”, for “an islands or district council” substitute “ a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.
